		<description>I came to this blog from blogrush :) I am also a member but it's not what gets me the most traffic I must say. In order to get the most out of BlogRush, one must write very attractive headlines, so that it stands out among all the post titles that are shown. 
But as you said, it is a setup and forget, free and it can't hurt whatsoever. Any traffic brought from BR is a much welcome extra.</description>
