		<description>Really nice idea. Darren Rowse on Problogger.net is also running a program like this. You may be interested in taking a look if you haven't done so already. 

I think a lot can be gained for providing this service for the nonprofit community (although the "failing grade" worries me)-- as long as the websites buy in and agree. It sounds like it is all consensual. 

I'd also be interested in hearing from the blog owners what their personal wish lists are in order to hear what they want their sites to look like. Perhaps that is a topic for another series.
